Company Directors

Brendan Hogan – Managing Director

Brendan holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from AGSM. Prior to starting the marketing consultancy group, Complete Market Solutions Pty Ltd, Brendan held several senior sales and marketing positions with large manufacturing organizations throughout Australia. It was this experience that led to the development of the Boneyard model.

Brendan's focus within Boneyard Holdings is to develop the ongoing strategy for the group, identify future growth opportunities, and oversee the day to day performance of all aspects of the company.

Ian Crews – Director of Finance

Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie Uni. Prior to joining Boneyard Holding, Ian was the Finance Manager for a large wholesaler in the automotive industry. This company enjoyed growth and ownership changes, which included the redistribution of Wholesale and Retail divisions.

This experience coupled with a history involved in the floating of a small capitalized ASX listed Company and the Corporate Governance required arm Ian with the knowledge and experience to oversee the financial requirements of the Boneyard growth strategy.

Rod Greenaway – Director of Operations and Infrastructure

Rod has over 20 years IT experience, the past 15 years within the financial services industry. Core competencies include the management and leadership of teams, setting strategy, communication and relationship management skills, management of large outsourced IT contracts and governance of a corporate IT operation.

Rod has held consulting and senior management positions to the level of General Manager IT. These attributes equip Rod with the knowledge and experience to oversee the IT and Operations requirements of the Boneyard Holdings growth strategy.

Bruce Gilbert – Director Sales and Marketing

Bruce Gilbert is the Director of Sales and Marketing of Boneyard Holdings. Bruce brings over 20 years sales management experience to the group, garnered throughout numerous large corporate brands. Bruce has extensive experience in both manufacturing and retail related industry segments, which has proved to be of great value in the development of the Boneyard Holdings model. His role within the business will primarily focus on sales strategy whilst continuing to develop and maintaining relationships with all major clients.

In addition to the existing Directors, Boneyard Holdings Limited are in the process of appointing a series of specific specialists to a 'Board Advisory Panel'. This panel will consist of specialists from accounting, legal and corporate strategy fields. While the selection is not complete, the Directors are in discussion with several high profile individuals, and plan to have the advisory panel in place within the coming months.
