Are the goods covered by manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, all goods bought through Boneyard Holdings Limited are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. As you are dealing directly with the manufacturer, they will take responsibility for the product - as well as after sales service. The length and conditions of the warranty and the nature of the service will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Details about the warranty for the different products will be displayed on the specific Boneyard Holdings website through which you purchased.

What if I wish to return the faulty/damaged goods?

If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, contact the specific manufacturer through the listed contact details on your customer receipt.

Why are you not able to get this brand/product?

Boneyard Holdings Limited supplies our member manufacturers with a portal through which they can sell products direct to the consumer on an international basis. The member manufacture decides which products they make available, the volumes available, price and shipping costs and where they wish to sell them. Once the product is sold out, the product will no longer be listed on the specific website. The basis of buying through a Boneyard Holdings Limited website is that you are dealing directly with the manufacturer.

Who are your suppliers/where do you get your products from?

We only deal with internationally recognized major brands within each segment or market in which we operate. By doing this we can ensure that the products you are purchasing are genuine and of a quality backed by the manufacturer. Boneyard Holding Limited does not stock any items listed within our websites. All products, prices and associated costs are determined by the supplying manufacturer.

I have seen this product advertised at a better price, can you beat it?

As Boneyard Holding Limited do not control or influence the listed prices on our sites we are unable to match or beat other advertised prices. If you supply us with the relevant details to customerservice@boneyardholdings.com we will forward your information and inquiry to the participating manufacturer.

How/When will I get my receipt?

If you order a product through a Boneyard Holdings Limited website, a receipt can be printed following your successful order. An electronic copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email you provided to us. All receipts will be in the format of the supplying manufacturer and will contain all relevant customer service and contact details for your purchase.

Why don't you have this item in stock (I have already paid for it)?

Boneyard Holding Limited does not carry stock. As part of our membership program, all manufacturers are required to list the accurate volume of stock they wish to make available for purchase. All listed products will highlight an “available volume” section which will automatically reduce as the stock is sold. Once the available volume is sold out the product will be removed from the site. It is the manufacturers’ responsibility to ensure that the product is supplied as stated. If for some reason this they are unable to fulfill your order, they are required to offer you an equivalent product or refund your money.

Can I have a weekend delivery/non business hours delivery?

All delivery condition and requirements are set by the member manufacturer from whom you are purchasing. All attempts have been made to make these conditions as flexible as possible. We suggest that you contact the member manufacturer through the contact details listed on your receipt and discuss any specific requirements with them.

Can I pick up the product if it is near by to reduce time of delivery?

As we are an online based shopping service we are unable to make any commitments on behalf of our member manufacturers. We suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly through the supplied contact details listed on your customer receipt.
